Sisu Winter Market 2025: bringing the holiday spirit to our office

An evening of winter magic at our Braine l’Alleud office

On Thursday, December 19, the holiday spirit came to life at our Braine l’Alleud office as Sisu hosted its very first internal Winter Market.

For the duration of one evening, our workspace transformed into a cozy winter village filled with festive decorations, warm lights, seasonal treats and most importantly smiling faces. More than 200 colleagues came together to celebrate the end of the year in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

A first edition full of warmth and connection

With 7 themed chalets and 2 food trucks, the Winter Market offered something for everyone: comforting winter food, sweet treats, hot drinks and small gifts to mark the occasion. Every detail was carefully thought through to create a warm and festive experience that encouraged people to slow down, connect and enjoy the moment.

Beyond the décor and the food, what truly made the event special was the energy in the room. Laughter, spontaneous conversations and genuine connections filled the space throughout the evening, turning a simple internal event into a memorable shared experience.

More than an event a shared moment

This Winter Market was more than a festive initiative. It was an opportunity to bring people together across teams and branches, to celebrate what we’ve achieved throughout the year and to simply enjoy being together outside of our day to day routines.

As a first edition, the event exceeded expectations and set a strong foundation for future internal moments that put people, connection and community at the heart of everything we do.
