MindCapture and Strand join forces to shape the future of life sciences in Belgium

Strand acquires the life sciences and cleantech consultancy agency MindCapture. A strategic move that reinforces its market positioning across Belgium and accelerates its ambition to become the reference partner in life sciences consultancy in Belgium.
This acquisition brings together two complementary forces under the life sciences division of Sisu Group: an ecosystem of specialised consultancy brands.

Strand has built a strong reputation, with 190 consultants and more than 800 projects completed to date for companies active in life sciences. MindCapture brings more than 10 years of expertise and a well-established presence in Flanders, with a team of 50 seasoned consultants.
Together, both companies are a natural fit: two organisations whose combined footprint now spans the full breadth of Belgium and whose expertise covers the full spectrum of the industry, from research and development to commercialisation.

Looking ahead
Both companies will continue to operate under their respective brands and from their existing offices. The goal is to leverage what makes each business successful, whilst strengthening both organisations by sharing knowledge, resources and complementary expertise where it creates real value.
Matthieu Saintmard continues to lead Sisu Group's life sciences division as Managing Director, while Tom Lammens takes up the operational leadership of Mindcapture as Business Director. Kristiaan Vanhercke will continue to lead MindCapture hand in hand with Tom during a transition period, after which he will remain on board as a strategic advisor to the group.
